Terms of Use
Please understand that these terms are set forth not only for the protection of our work, but also for your own protection. Please be sure to read and agree with these terms prior to applying for membership.
***IMPORTANT***
It's come to our attention that there have been instances of people buying graphics packs, and then turning them into products to be sold on Cafe Press or similar sites. Although we have not yet found any of our work on these sites, please be aware that this is NOT acceptable use of ANY of our work.
So much of our work is made from outlines offered in our memberships, and the copyright belongs to the creators of the lines. If we are allowed to sell certain sets, that does NOT give our members the right to use them as they see fit. Please, read and comply with the terms stated below, or we shall be forced to close our site simply because our memberships with the sites whose work is used in this manner would be justified in revoking our memberships with them.

1. Once your membership has been confirmed, and you have been given access to the member area of the site, there will be no refunds given for any reason.
2. You may NOT share your UN and PW with anyone else. The membership of anyone found doing so will be revoked.
3. You may NOT hotlink to any image(s) on this site. Please save to your own hard drive..
4. Our logo must be displayed with anything you use from this site.
5. Your membership fee gives you access to the tubes we offer, but does NOT give you copyright to those tubes. The copyright still belongs to the people who created the outlines we use.
6. You may NOT use our tubes on your site and claim them as your own work.
7. You may NOT change the tubes in any way, except to change eye colour on dolls and bases.
8. You may NOT offer any of the doll bases 'as is', ie: naked. They must be fully clothed and have hair before you put them on your site.
9. You may NOT chop up images to make something more to your liking. These are our images, and copyright is retained by the outline creator.
10. You MAY make sig tags, websets, etc., using our tubes, and offer those items in your members' area for sale or for free. You may NOT offer them 'as is'. You must add something to them first. Please be aware that adding a name only is not considered 'adding something'. You must create your own scene or tag.
11. Any 'as is' lines or tubes from other artists offered from this site are 'as is' to PattiBug'z Hugz only. You may NOT take them and offer them 'as is' in your own member area.
12. Greyscale images created by PattiBug'z Hugz and offered in our member area are NOT for your as is use. They must be fully coloured, dressed, and have hair before you offer them in your member area for your members' end use only.
13. Our images are NOT to be shared through email, Yahoo groups, or MSN groups.
14. Nothing on this site is to be used on sites such as Live Journal, My Space, or similar social sites, since so many of our memberships are not allowing use of their work on these sites. We need to keep our memberships in good standing in order to continue to offer you the content we have, but do not have the time, or the inclination, to specify which of our memberships do not allow this. Therefore, there is NOTHING in our member area that may be used on such sites.
If you hold a Tubing License
Your tubing license allows you to tube ONLY the images and outlines created by either Pat or Lilbug, thumbnails of which are shown under the heading 'PattiBug'z Hugz'.
You are NOT allowed to chop up images to make something else. Tubing means only that you may colour and shade the images in your own way, and create your own clothing, props, etc. for them, then offer them to your members for their end use products.
You may Not alter our bases, unless it's to make minor changes to make clothing lines fit the base. Faces are to be used as they are, not altered in any way.
You may not claim any of the outlines or tubes on this site as your own work.
Any 'as is' lines or tubes from other artists offered from this site are 'as is' to PattiBug'z Hugz only. You may NOT take them and offer them 'as is' in your own member area. You may make tubes with them, and offer those in your own member area...for your members' end use only.
